Finally, after a very exhausting week of long hours, lots of work and unpacking, the beer cellar is setup in its new location. The cellar has kept at 55F all week (which is awesome!), the door is pretty concealed and has a security code handle + electronic deadbolt. The beer itself is within 2 locked cabinets weighing 175 pounds (shipping weight) each and the Lambic is behind another locked door.
Safe & secure and I intentionally designed this setup to be completely full. I have NO room for adding more bottles. No more hoarding, time to drink this shit down to at least half this size this year!
