I haven’t been very happy with my most recent brews but I do have 4 kegs of stuff that is still just aging and 2 carboys that are just wild ales and a string of 1 liter force carbed swing-tops of sour beers that are aging. I decided to enter the company home-brew competition in the light beer category. A Peach flavored unblended lambic that I made using a Lambic blend from I believe White Labs. It’s over 2 years old I think and I won. Some of the other brews were really special.
