75CL Thanks to Clark! Split 5 ways or 10 ways, IDK. Enjoyed at fridge temp and allowed to warm a bit.
A – Traveled to our tasting today so it’s quite a hazy wheat looking yellowish color
S – Has a cask 200 aroma, with a light lemon acidity, melon, papaya and peach. i don’t really get any chili in here. Has a lot of lemon actually.
T – sharp acidity up front, lemon, wheat. This honestly tastes like Cask 200 or Bright Sea Blonde.
M – Good oily mouthfeel with a nice juicy finish.
O – Decent beer, pepper seems more close to what the yeast gave off than any adjunct additions.
